Blue flowers

Blue is calming. Blue is the coolest color - the color of the sky, ocean, sleep, twilight. The pigment that produces blue is relatively scarce in flowers so most 'blue' flowers are usually purple or lilac. But I captured this blue flowers in Australia two years ago, they were blooming everywhere by the road side…
Pretty blue flowers but actually I don’t know the name. I never seen so pretty blue flowers in Singapore. Most of the flowers here are red, pink, yellow or may be some purple for imported plants, accept blue-pea flowers.
Anyone can tell me the name of this blue flowers? Happy Blue Monday.
Update: Thank you, Classychassy, thanks for your update, the flowers name is Lobelia.
