I don’t know the name of this plant, I call it little lantern. It grows wild by the road side. Is it a weed ? I am thinking want to get the seed (it looks like can grow from seed) and plant in pot…

i hope i'm right, you can further search through internet for this, the chinese name is call xiao deng long guo, so you're right to call it little lantern!lol!
hello, loves your blog. by the way this plant is also called bladder cherry and another chinese name is huang gu niang. it is sometimes sold in supermarket. inside the "cover" is an edible berry that is yellow in colour.
