Those are waterlilies, not Lotus. Lotus would have the center core that would mature into a lotus pod. Water lilies don't have that.
There are Lotus Flowers at the Lotus Pond at Bishan Park I (the stretch between Marymount and Thomson Roads). Bishan Park II only has a Waterlily Pond near to Bishan Rd.
